On-line registration will be available soon. On-site registration will be available at the conference venue. Conference registration fee provide access to all ICIAP conference sessions, including workshops, tutorials, coffee breaks, welcome party. Banquet tickets may be purchased separately. 

Authors of accepted papers must register before submitting the final camera-ready version. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full (regular or member) registration. 

Proof of student status will be checked for admission. That proof can consist of a valid student photo ID, a letter from your university, an unofficial transcript, or an electronic link to your university showing your current student status.

Rates will be in Euro, per person, including taxes (VAT 22%)

Please note that in order to submit the final version of a workshop paper at least one author must be registered.

Banquet tickets can be purchased separately. Extra banquet seats availability is limited and will be granted on a first-come first-served basis. No reimbursement for the Banquet will be due in case of no attendance.

Participants who require an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes can apply for it by contacting the organizers. You must be fully registered and have paid the relevant registration fee to obtain a letter of invitation.
