To submit the camera-ready version of your paper, please carefully follow the instructions below:
The instructions are the same for the main conference and for workshop papers. They all have to prepare the camera-ready paper PDF, its LaTeX source, and a copyright form.
A gentle reminder that the camera-ready deadline is 10 July 2025 at midnight CEST. Authors cannot be added or removed, yet they can be re-ordered.
The only difference is that:
[Conference] The camera-ready material for the main conference needs to be uploaded to the CMT.
[Workshops] The camera-ready material for the workshop papers needs to be uploaded using the system used for the initial submission for the workshop or sent to the workshop organizers. You will receive further instructions from them.
Final Check:
Ensure that your paper is flawless in every respect. Carefully check for and eliminate any grammatical errors, stylistic inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in the bibliography. If you are using a LaTeX template, make sure that there are no errors and no compilation warnings. Please incorporate the feedback from the reviewers and meta-reviewers to the best of your ability.
Note: Once the camera-ready package is submitted, no further modifications will be accepted.
Required Files:
We need the following files, properly renamed as indicated:

The LaTeX source folder, compressed and renamed as:
ID-<your paper ID>-Latex.zip
Example: ID-121-Latex.zip
Note: This archive must also include the final PDF, even if not renamed inside.
The signed copyright form, renamed as:
ID-<your paper ID>-Copyright.pdf
Example: ID-121-Copyright.pdf
Final Submission Package:
Compress the three files listed above into a single ZIP archive, named:

Workshop: Send the final ZIP archive by email to the chair of your workshop or follow his/her instructions.
