Call for Tutorial
General Info
Tutorial topics should be relevant to the current state of the art in the research area of interest and provide surveys and new perspectives to current trends.
Tutorials will take place on September 15 and 16, 2025, both half (max. 4 hours) and full day (max. 8 hours) options. Attendance will mainly consist of graduate students and experts in the field from both academia and industry sectors.

Tutorial proposal deadline: April 6th, 2025
Acceptance notification: May 5th, 2025
Propose a Tutorial
A proposal for a tutorial can be submitted via the following google form:

And should include the following information:
Title of the tutorial
Name, titles, affiliations, emails, brief bios and photos of all tutorial organizers
Preference for half- or full-day event (as well as constraints on the date if applicable). Full-day events require a brief justification.
An abstract of the tutorial (max. 1500 characters)
Tutorial description with a syllabus of the topics to be covered (max. 5000 characters)
Information about previous experience in tutorial organization (provide links if available)
Links to recorded talks given by the presenters (if available)
Description of or links to any planned materials or resources to be distributed to attendees (if available)
The proposals will be evaluated by the tutorial chairs and the conference organizers based on their technical quality, relevance, and timeliness of the topic as well as the quality of the proposal.
